Supreme Court Dismissed Plea To Cancel CBSE Offline Board Exams

Supreme Court has crushed the hopes of students that will have to appear for offline CBSE Term 2 Board Exams. Students wanted to opt for internal assessment instead of writing offline exams. The petition was filed by Child’s Rights Activist but was dismissed immediately by Supreme Court.

Justice Khanwilkar said, “There’s news item everywhere. What kind of petitions are filed & publicity is being given? This has to stop. This has to stop. Don’t come up again or there will be exemplary costs. Let students & authorities do their job. You can’t PIL like this. Whoever has filed we’re saying for that petitioner.” He said that people should stop using such publicity stunts and gave a warning to such petitioners for future.
