The world post-COVID-19 lockdown needs to be an interesting place to motivate people to step out of their homes and travel like they once used to. And thankfully, Thailand is one such place because ‘animals’ there seem to be so friendly and oddly still. Like, just have a look:
Huay Tueng Thao lake near Chiang Mai in Thailand is currently brimming with huge sculptures of animals like gorillas, deer, wild boar, lions and elephants all in the middle of green rice fields. And they are so, huge, less talkative, cozy when hugged and not camera conscious.
Told you, not camera conscious!!
Using creativity at its best, the Thailand authority used rice straws lying around to make these huge sculptures and they look so eye-pleasing while meeting the end goal that is attracting tourists.
The animals featured gorillas, elephant, wild boar, lion, deer among others. Now, who wouldn’t want to take some selfies here?
