Twitter Brings ‘Emojis’ Like Facebook For DMs

Were you missing an emoji based reply to your Twitter DMs (Direct Messages)? Well not anymore. The social media platform has brought that feature for you. Taking inspiration from Facebook Twitter has rolled out ’emojis’ based response to DMs.

Though Twitter has taken the idea from Facebook (as it looks prima facie) it has made difference by adding emojis like fire. One can easily send an emoji-based response to its DMs. All you need is to click on the heart-plus icon that appears right next to a message.

In case the recipient is using an older version of the Twitter app then he/she would get a text-based reply even if you send emojis. The features would also be avilabel for messages that you sent quite some time ago.
