Following the likes of food delivery apps like ‘Swiggy‘ and ‘Zomato’ cab aggregator, Uber has stepped in. While it has suspended its cab and other transportation services Uber has opened up its new services.
Uber has rolled out its ‘Uber Direct’ services. As a part of it, Uber has partnered with a number of companies across the globe to deliver essential items. In India, Uber has partnered with Flipkart to deliver groceries to people in select cities. Uber’s two new services are now live on its app. The groceries and essentials service is named as ‘Uber direct’.
