WhatsApp ‘Raises Limit’ Of Participants For Group Voice Call And Video Call

After reducing the forward limits to ‘1’ at a time WhatsApp has come with some more changes. This time the messaging app has taken into consideration the need for people to connect with their dear ones amidst the pandemic.

The app just doubled the number of participants at a time for video or voice calls. From earlier 4 the number has now gone up to 8. Now, 8 participants can be a part of a group voice or video call on WhatsApp. “The COVID-19 pandemic has meant that many of us are isolated from friends and family. As a result, we see that people all over the world are turning to voice and video calling on WhatsApp more than ever before“, said the statement from WhatsApp.
