Long-distance relationships (LDR) are surely not a cakewalk. They take commitment, a grueling amount of patience and everything else in between. Like really in between.
And despite all the jokes that go around about long-distance relationships, some LDRs are destined for a happy ending.
One such story is of this Indian bride who is marrying her long-time boyfriend and fiancée. And to make the occasion even more special, she had her and his journey portrayed on her hand for the Mehendi ceremony.

The henna design shows her love story with her fiancée that began when they were 16 and use to study together in Kolkata.
The Mehendi also portrays a time when they were far away from each other. Basically, when the bride had to go to New York for her personal and professional reasons. However, they didn’t let distance dampen their love for each other.

The love surely prospered with time to this day when they finally get to live together as partners-forever. If not anything else, the story surely proves that distance is never and excuse to end things hanging, its rather a responsibility.
