  • Chewing Gum with no Sugar: Chewing is a proven saliva maker and gum cleaner. Chewing the gum after a few minutes of eating can remove small food particles from your teeth.
  • Green Tea: Green tea contains polyphenols. That helps to either stop or kill the bacteria. In simple terms, green tea is a bacteria hunting food to consume. If you use fluoridated water to prepare tea then it can also work as fluoride.
