The Centre has recently released the sum for the 11th instalment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Under this scheme, this time more than 10 Cr farmers have received financial assistance of ₹21,000 Cr. After being a part of this PM yojana a farmer receives ₹2,000 in three instalments in a year. Meanwhile, for the farmers who are worrying about the 12th instalment, there is an update for you all. The Central Government has decided to extend the deadline for completing e-KYC PM Kisan Yojana.
The official website states that “eKYC is MANDATORY for PMKISAN Registered Farmers. OTP Based eKYC is available on PM KISAN Portal. or nearest CSC centres may be contacted for Biometric-based eKYC. Deadline of eKYC for all the PMKISAN beneficiaries has been extended till 31st July 2022.”
Complete e-KYC Before July 31
To receive further instalments under the PM Kisan Yojana, the Central Government has made it mandatory for the beneficiaries to complete e-KYC. The last date to complete the process is July 31, 2022, and earlier the date was May 31, 2022.

Steps To Complete e-KYC For PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana
- Visit the official website. Pmkisan.nic.in
- Under the ‘Farmers Corner’ section select ‘ekyc’.
- Under this section ‘OTP Based eKYC’ fill your Aadhaar number
- Now start ‘Search’
- Now verify yourself and enter your mobile number for OTP which is linked to your Aadhaar
- After receiving OTP, enter it and your e-KYC will be completed.
