Customers will need a toll free number to use this service. Indian delivery office has stated the toll-free number which is 18002666868. Customers have to use their registered mobile number to call. The answers will be immediate as per the number of calls. And all the schemes and service-related questions.

Saving Account Users

Customers who have savings account in the Post office can also avail benefits of this service. As this service supports multiple languages, there will be no language barriers. You can call for information regarding balance updates, account status and available new services. After calling, customers will have to choose different numbers like 4,5,6 etc. And each number will denote different service queries. Once the call is connected and the query starts the customers will need to give their mobile numbers and card number for verification.

For ATM Services

IVR can also be used for ATM services. For any query the number is 3, to request for the new card the number is 2.
