Roger Federer was “devastated” when it was announced that Wimbledon won’t be happening this year due to coronavirus outbreak. However, the lack of tennis that the world would get to witness in 2020 has only inspired him to practice more during the quarantine.
Federer, currently under lockdown, has been sharing videos of him with racket and ball to keep his fans entertained.
Recently, Federer again took on his social media to share a video of him playing tennis but this time he has a challenge for some of the best athletes in the world.
Federer took to Twitter and shared an entertaining video where he can be seen hitting the ball against a wall in a solo drill. In his tweet, Federer wrote, “Here’s a helpful solo drill. Let’s see what you got! Reply back with a video and I’ll provide some tips. Choose your hat wisely #tennisathome”.

Federer nominated the likes Virat Kohli, Bill Gates, Cristiano Ronaldo and many more to participate in the challenge. And as we all know how Kohli and Federer are good friends, we can’t wait to see what Kohli comes up with as a reply to the challenge.
This clearly isn’ the first video Federer has shared with his fans. A few days ago he had shared a video of him playing trick shots against a wall at home. Also, the Federer donated one million Swiss Francs to families that are most vulnerable in the fight against coronavirus in Switzerland.

Coronavirus has badly hit the Tennis tournaments in 2020. Apart from Wimbledon cancellation, the French open has also been postponed to Septemeber 2020. And the fate on the US Open is yet to be decided.
