Sushant Singh Rajput’s Father Files FIR Against Rhea Chakraborty, Accuses Her Of Using Sushant Financially & Mentally

In a major turn of events in Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide case, the actor’s father on Tuesday filed an FIR against the actor and his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. In the FIR, Rhea has been accused of abetment to suicide. The FIR says that Rhea cheated Sushant financially and mentally harassed him.

The FIR also mentions six others including her family members. Patan police had yesterday left for Mumbai to probe the case. As per the reports, the FIR says that Rhea used to blackmail Sushant of revealing his mental problems to the film industry if he did not do what she said.

Reportedly, Sushant Singh Rajput wanted to leave Bollywood and wanted to invest in organic farming but Rhea warned and stopped him from doing so.

The FIR also mentions that Rhea had bought Sushant a new number and had limited his talks with his family. A sum of over Rs 17-crore had also been transferred from his account over the past one year. The police will now look into the accounts that the money was transferred too.

Moreover, the report says that Rhea and Sushant used to live together and the former had left Sushant’s house (where he died of suicide) 3-4 days before his death. While living, she took Sushant’s belongings like his medical reports, cash, jewelry and allegedly his debit and credit cards.

The revelations open a whole new story and the police will probe it in suspicions of Rhea’s foul play in Sushnat’s suicide case. For the unaware, Rhea had earlier been interrogated by the police for over 11 hours. She, in a tweet tagging Amit Shah, has asked the Home Minister to set up a CBI inquiry in the case.

Around 40 people have recorded their statements so far in the case, including director-producer Sanjay Leela Bhansali, filmmaker Aditya Chopra, director Mukesh Chhabra, filmmaker Shekhar Kapoor, film critic Rajeev Masand among others.
