BJP’s IT cell chief, Amit Malviya, recently took on Twitter to share a video of an elderly man crying and claimed that he was beaten up by RJP supporters after he voted for JD(U).
“This video is from Madhepura where RJD supporters attacked an elderly when he talked about voting for Arrow (JDU). RJD means Gundaraj in Bihar,” said Malviya in a tweet.
The video comes days after RJD, attacking JD(U), had accused the latter of distributing cash to garner votes in Bihar.
In the video shared by RJD on its official Twitter handle, a man was seen distributing money to people on camera. RJD in the tweet goes on to add that ‘This is Bihar, sir. You cannot buy Biharis.’
The final phase of the 2020 Bihar election is underway today. Polling in 78 assembly constituencies across 16 districts started from 7 am today.
Meanwhile, RJD has also attacked Nitish Kumar accusing him of garnering sympathy by wrongfully saying in a rally that this is his last election.
For the unaware, Nitish Kumar, recently in a rally, had said that this would be his last election. However, after a while, sources close to him clarified that he meant the last meeting of this election.
