With Fake Aadhaar And PAN Men Dupe Banks Of Crores, Had Data of 25,000 Citizens

Two men from Uttar Pradesh have been accused of duping banks for crores of rupees. The men used fake Aadhaar and PAN card for duping the banks. They are arrested from  Greater Noida by the Uttar Pradesh police.

The Special Task Force (STF) of U.P Police recovered electronic data of 25,000 citizens from the two. The data includes phone numbers, Aadhaar and PAN details along with a separate list of Aadhaar and PAN details of another 6,000 people.

The accused were held with the help of local police from Bisrakh area in Greater Noida Tuesday night. They are identified as Raja Saxena, native of Sri Ganganagar in Rajasthan, and Kautilya Sharma of Hathras in the U.P.

Apart from data 29 fake Aadhaar cards, 10 fake PAN cards, 19 credit cards, salary slips of various companies and some other documents have been recovered from their possession,” Deputy Superintendent of Police, STF, Raj Kumar Mishra said. The two have earlier been booked for fraud with the Bajaj Finance service in 2016.
